This video was filmed by the International Peace Institute during the launch of the collaborative report produced by the UN Department of Political Affairs (DPA) and the UN Environment Programme (UNEP) "Natural Resources and Conflict: A Guide for Mediation Practitioners." The event was sponsored by the Permanent Missions of Belgium and Finland and took place at the International Peace Institute in New York on 19 February 2015.
