Accord d’Alger pour la Restauration de la Paix, de la Sécurité et du Développement dans la région de Kidal
Summary:
This agreement provides for a series of measures aiming at promoting a durable political solution to the crisis situation in the Kidal region. The parties agree to create a tentative regional council, and to organize a regional forum on the development of the region. Joint special security units shall be created and the agreement will be monitored by an Ad Hoc Committee.
