Draft Constitution (Somalia - 2012)

The first attachment is an April 2012 working draft of the Provisional Constitution (which was adopted in August 2012). This document is of the Legal Drafting Committee of the IFCC and the CoE Assigned to Review the Consultation Draft Constitution (CDC). The second attachment is an unofficial translation of the Harmonized Draft Constitution, Signed by Signatories for the new Somali Constitution, issued by the Draft Constitution Technical Review Committee in June 2012.
