Summary:
This agreement establishes the cessation of hostilities between the parties and proclaims a 45 days ceasefire. The parties shall stop any military action or any kind of hostile act, and free all the prisoners of war. The parties shall also facilitate the delivery of humanitarian assistance in Darfur. The agreement also calls for the creation of a Ceasefire Commission to monitor implementation of the agreement.
