Summary:
This implementation agreement establishes an inter-African force in the Central African Republic (MISAB). It's mandate aims at restoring peace and security by monitoring the implementation of the Bangui Agreements of 25 January 1997. It includes provisions on conducting operations to disarm the former rebels and specifies that the logistical and financial support for the Force is to be provided by France and/or other contributors of funds.
