Summary:
This agreement constitutes an "End of the War" declaration, whereby the forces of the parties commit themselves to a path of dialogue and the subservience of the military to the Government. They also commit themselves to the implementation of the Linas-Marcousis Agreement of 23 January 2003, the Accra II Agreement of 7 March 2003 and to undertake a program of Demobilization, Disarmament and Reintegration (DDR) and to create one national army.
