The parties to the agreement decided to have a common approach to deal with the Ex-Far/Interahamwe. The Government of the DRC agreed to design a plan to disarm the Ex-Far/Interahamwe and the Government of Rwanda agreed to take all necessary measures to secure its boundaries.
