Agreement on Temporary International Presence in the City of Hebron (II)
Summary:
Pursuant to Article VII of the Interim Agreement on the West Bank and the Gaza Strip, dated 28 September 1995, the two sides agree to the establishment of a Temporary International Presence in the city of Hebron ("TIPH"). The tasks of the TIPH includes to promote the well being, security and stability of the Palestinians living in Hebron. This agreement supersedes the agreement on Temporary International Presence in the city of Hebron of 9 May 1996.
