This is an expression of interest from Education Development Center, Inc. (EDC), in response to the Invitation for Pre- Qualification for the Civic Education Campaign on the Somalia Constitution Process lead by the Somali stakeholders with support of the Somalia Constitution Making Support Project Consortium (SCMSP).  This document provides information on EDC and its other projects and civic education experience.
