Joint Plan for the Voluntary Demobilisation, Repatriation or Relocation of the Members of the Nicaraguan Resistance and their Families, as well as Assistance in the Demobilisation of all those involved in Armed Actions in the Countries of the Region
In this agreement the five Central American Presidents agree to demobilise and repatriate the Nicaraguan resistance in Honduras.
