Agreement on the Regulation of Relations and Promotion of Cooperation between the Republic of Macedonia and The Federal Republic of Yugoslavia

This agreement delineates a framework for establishing friendly relations and promotion of cooperation between the parties. It calls for further substantive negotiations to regulate economic, cultural, scientific and other cooperation.
