Protocol of Agreement on Power-sharing within the Framework of a Broad-based Transitional Government between the Government of the Republic of Rwanda and the Rwandese Patriotic Front

This protocol creates organs of state to be proportionally shared by the main political forces during the transitional period. These organs include the presidency, the transitional government, the transitional National Assembly and the institution of the judiciary.
