Protocol of Geneva: Agreement between the Governments of Angola, Cuba and South Africa

This is an implementation agreement pusuant to Security council Resolution 435 of 1978 establishing the withdrawal of foreign troops from the territory of Angola and Southwestern Africa (Namibia). The Agreement provides a time-frame for implementation and calls on the United Nations to observe implementation.
