The Commission for the Implementation of the Constitution Act, 2010 (Kenya)

This Act established the Commission for the Implementation of the Constitution (CIC) following the 2010 referendum. The Act describes, among other matters, the CIC's functions, powers, membership, committees and procedures. The CIC's primary mandate is to monitor, facilitate, and oversee the development of legislation and administrative procedures required to implement the constitution. The CIC reports to the Parliamentary Select Commitee (PSC). The CIC's annual and quarterly reports can be accessed at: http://www.cickenya.org/index.php/reports.
