Submission for the CRC - Functioning of the Iraqi Constitutional Review Committee

This paper produced UNAMI’s Office of Constitutional Support (OCS) is part of a series of notes submitted to the Iraqi constitutional review body with recommendations on various constitutional topics. This paper provides specific guidance as regards how the Constitutional Review Committee (CRC) might be structured and suggests a periodised work programme. It also lists the substantive technical expertise that UNAMI/OCS can offer to the CRC.
