Agreement between the Governments of Sudan and Uganda (Nairobi Agreement)
This agreements seeks to normalise relations between the two countries. It calls for respect of sovereignty and territorial integrity, in accordance with the Charters of the United Nations and the Organisation for African Unity. The parties also agree to renounce the use of force to resolve differences, and will take steps to prevent any hostile actions against each other.
Accord de cessation des hostilitiés en République du Congo
This accord provides for cessation of hostilities. It calls for the release of prisoners of war, general amnesty, disarmament and demobilisation and reintegration of ex-combatant into society.
Protocol Concerning Safe Passage between the West Bank and the Gaza Strip
This agreement is pursuant to the Wye River memorandum of 23 October 1998 and the Sharm el-Sheikh Memorandum of 4 September 1999. It seeks to provides detailed modalities for the safe travel of persons between the West bank and the Gaza strip. It includes the need for safe passage cards, validation of such cards and issuance of safe passage permits thereafter.
