CKRC - Final Report of Technical Working Group B - Citizenship and the Bill of Rights

This is the final report of Technical Working Group B of the Constitution of Kenya Review Commission (CKRC), with respect to the sections of the 2005 draft constitution dealing with citizenship and rights. This report describes the mandate of the Working Group and the technical recommendations made by the Working Group to the applicable provisions of the draft constitution.
