TOR - Website Developer

This is a terms of reference/TOR from UNDP Somalia for a Website Developer (SSA, Resident Consultant).  The TOR is for a website developer/programmer to be deployed on a short-term basis to design a campaign website for the Independent Federal Constitution Commission of Somalia under supervision of the UNDP Somalia Constitution Making Support Project.
