This article attempts to provide a complete list of the legal aspects of the United Nations' constitutional assistance projects undertaken within the context of multidimensional peace missions. It seeks to map the expansion of UN constitutional assistance projects since 1989, and sets out the extent of UN involvement in Afghanistan, Cambodia, East Timor, Iraq, Kosovo, Namibia, Nepal, Rwanda, Somalia, Sudan, and South Sudan.
