CKRC - Final Report of Technical Working Group H - Public Finance, Public Service, Leadership and Integrity

This is the final report of Technical Working Group H of the Constitution of Kenya Review Commission (CKRC), with respect to the sections of the 2005 draft constitution dealing with public finance and revenue management, public service, police/corrections, ethics and related matters. This report describes the mandate of the Working Group and the technical recommendations made by the Working Group to the applicable provisions of the draft constitution.
