USIP Update on Iraq’s Constitutional Amendment Process

This document provides a brief update on Iraq’s Constitutional Review Committee background and status, as well as the remaining obstacles to an agreement on constitutional amendments. The paper also provides a summary of the ongoing USIP assistance to Iraq’s constitutional reform process.
