The Draft Constitution of Kenya 2004 (Bomas Draft): Reflections and Commentary on Issues of Content and Process

This article is a commentary on the process and substance of the 2004 draft constitution of Kenya (commonly known as the Bomas draft). As to process, the article assesses whether the review process adhered to the process laid down by the constitutional review legislation and whether it was politically inclusive. As to substance, the article provides commentary on each chapter/section of the draft constitution.
