UN Multiparty Dialogue Report on the Management and Control of Oil and Gas Resources in Iraq

This is the report from the multiparty dialogue workshop, designed by UNAMI's Office of Constitutional Support (OCS) to assist its Iraqi counterparts in the constitutional review and implementation process. The workshop was designed to generate discussion and ideas on a comprehensive range of considerations pertinent to oil and gas resources in Iraq, including the constitutional framework and statutory regulation as well as the economic and physical context of the hydrocarbon sector in Iraq. The report provides a summary of the deliberations.
