This paper was prepared by UNAMI’s Office of Constitutional Support (‘OCS’) for the consideration of the members of the constitutional committee of the Transitional National Assembly (TNA). It defines options and issues in the formulation of the rules and procedures for the functioning of the TNA constitutional committee considering key elements for an inclusive and participatory constitution-making process.
