Revised Harmonized Draft Constitution of Kenya (2010)

This is the Revised Harmonized Draft Constitution of Kenya. Following the Harmonized Draft Constitution written by the Committee of Experts, this revision draft includes proposals and amendments suggested by members of Parliament in early 2010. The second document is the blackline version of the Revised Harmonized Draft Constitution of Kenya, which shows the additions made by the Parliamentary Select Committee.
