This document provides the summary of the presentation of Mario Olivera, Peruvian expert on anti-corruption policies, to the members of the Ecuadorian Constitution-making Body. The expert presented the issues related to the fight against corruption, and provided recommendations on transparency, accountability and citizen participation.
