First Amendment to the Constitutional Declaration in Libya

This is the first amendment to the constitutional declaration adopted in Libya in 2011. It amends article 30 of the constitutional declaration which deals with the Temporary National Council and the General National Congress. The unofficial English translation was done by Jordan Toone for the Middle East Constitutional Forum and Right to Nonviolence.
