Constitutional Assembly - Thematic Committees Minutes (Compiled)

These are compilations of the respective meeting minutes of the various thematic committees of the South African Constitutional Assembly between 1994-1996. Six thematic committees of 30 appointed members each were formed to address subsets of the 34 constitutional principles. TThe main function of the thematic committees was to ensure the inclusiveness of the process by receiving the views and submissions of all relevant stakeholders.
