Agreement between the Governments of Sudan and Uganda (Nairobi Agreement)
Summary:
This agreements seeks to normalise relations between the two countries. It calls for respect of sovereignty and territorial integrity, in accordance with the Charters of the United Nations and the Organisation for African Unity. The parties also agree to renounce the use of force to resolve differences, and will take steps to prevent any hostile actions against each other.
