Accord politique de Libreville sur la résolution de la crise politico-sécuritaire en République Centrafricaine

This 2013 political agreement aims at defining the mandate and powers of different political entities. It contains provisions on the constitution of the government, the mandate of the president, prime minister and the national assembly, as well as provision on voting procedures.  Moreover, the agreement addresses security matters, national reconciliation, political prisoners, DDR and affirms the joint commitment to peaceful means.
