Federal System

This booklet is part of a series of documents developed by the Centre for Constitutional Dialogue on themes related to the constitution-building process in Nepal. It outlines federalism in the context of the interim constitution of Nepal having already decided on a federal structure, and dicusses conflict resolution, political economy, and establishment of a federal system, before turning to address federalism in Nepal and issues which need to be addressed by the Constituent Assembly.
