Memorandum: Provisions of the TAL that Permit Extending the Deadline for Completing the Draft Permanent Iraqi Constitution

This document presents the options for extending the time period within which the Draft Constitution is to be prepared in Iraq. It first discusses the options within the Law of Administration for the State of Iraq for the Transitional Period ("TAL"), and then looks at the options that would require amendments to the TAL.
