This agreement between the CAR Governement and the APRD establishes the cessation of hostilities between the parties, the cantonment of the APRD troops, and initiates a DDR process. It also sets up a joint follow-up commission made of three representatives of each party.

Kenyan National Dialogue and Reconciliation: Truth, Justice and Reconciliation Commission

The agreement defines the general principles for the establishment of the Kenyan Truth, Justice and Reconciliation Commission. The Turth Commission is to be created by an Act of Parliament to inquire into human rights’ violations between the period of 12 December 1963 and 28 February 2008. The Commission will receive statements from victims and will abide by international standards and best practices as independence, fairness, appropriateness and full cooperation.

Kenya National Dialogue and Reconciliation: Longer Term Issues and Solutions - Constitutional Review

The parties to the Kenyan National Dialogue and Reconciliation agree to establish the following five stages for the constitutional review process: 1) Statutory Constitutional Review; 2) Constitutional Referendum Law; 3) Comprehensive draft; 4) Proposals for a new consultation; 5) referendum on the new consultation.

Agreement on Disarmament, Demobilization and Reintegration

This agreement provides for the implementation of a Disarmament, Demobilization and Reintegration (DDR) process in accordance with the Implementation Schedule of the Final Peace Agreement. This process will have to carried out in conformity with UN IDDRS. The agreement entails special provisions for children, youth and women. The Ceasefire monitoring team (CMT) will be responsible for its implementation.

Acting Together for Kenya: Agreement on the Principles of Partnership of the Coalition Government

The agreement addresses the 2007 post-presidential election crisis. It is built on the principles of power-sharing among coalition partners in government. To this aim the parties agree to enact the 2008 National Accord and Reconciliation Act, specifying principles concerning the authority of the prime minister, coalition members, cabinet, and parliament.
