Final Budget for Constitutional Process in Afghanistan

This is UNAMA's final budget document with regard to the constitution-making process in Afghanistan for the period between October 2002 and November 2003. Included are the budgets for establishing the: constitution drafting commission, the constitutional review commission, the constitutional Loya Jirga, the secretariat to support these three constitution-making bodies, and the budget for the review commission and the secretariat's activities.
