This declaration concludes the third round of talks on confidence-building measures between the Georgian and Abkhaz sides to improve security and cooperation between the parties. It also calls for the establishment of mechanisms to assist implementation and promote dialogue.  

This agreement seeks to advance the discussions between the Government and the FARC. It establishes a schedule and agenda for future negotiations.
