Cette base de données du Groupe de l’appui à la médiation fournit aux professionnels de la paix près de 1 300 documents pouvant être considérés comme des accords de paix au sens large. Les utilisateurs peuvent accéder aux textes complets des accords dans différentes langues et en utilisant les critères de recherche ci-dessous, permettant notamment une sélection par pays/région, année et type de conflit.

Pour répondre aux besoins de recherche plus complexes, Language of Peace est un outil innovant développé par le Groupe de l’appui à la médiation et l’Université de Cambridge pour comparer et rassembler les formulations relatives aux principales problématiques dans plus de 75 000 dispositions d’accords de paix.

Le Groupe de l’appui à la médiation dispose également d’un recueil de documents d’orientation, de politique générale et de pratique sur différentes questions thématiques fréquemment soulevées dans les processus de médiation et les accords de paix.

Avis de non-responsabilité concernant la carte

Les frontières et les noms indiqués ainsi que les désignations utilisées sur cette carte n’impliquent pas l’approbation ou l’acceptation officielle par les Nations Unies.

Soudan-Soudan du Sud. La frontière définitive entre la République du Soudan et la République du Soudan du Sud n’a pas encore été déterminée.

Jammu-et-Cachemire. La ligne pointillée représente approximativement la ligne de contrôle du Jammu-et-Cachemire convenue entre l'Inde et le Pakistan. Le statut final du Jammu-et-Cachemire n'a pas encore été convenu par les parties.

Archipel des Chagos/Diego Garcia. Cela ne porte pas atteinte à la question de la souveraineté.

Îles Falkland (Malvinas). Un différend existe entre les gouvernements de l'Argentine et du Royaume-Uni de Grande-Bretagne et d'Irlande du Nord concernant la souveraineté sur les îles Falkland (Malvinas).
