Submission for the CRC - Summary of Recommendations on Constitutional Reform

This paper produced by UNAMI’s Office of Constitutional Support (OCS) is part of a series of submissions prepared at the request of the CRC - the Iraqi Constitutional Review Body. These notes seek to provide recommendations on specific areas of the constitution considered for review. This submission provides a summary of the key issues UNAMI/OCS believes should be addressed and integrated into Iraq’s new constitutional framework.
