Marginalized Groups and Constitution Building: A Roundtable Report

This report highlights key conclusions and recommendations from a roundtable workshop on marginalized and minority groups in constitution making processes.  It explores the experiences of women, ethnic and religious minoritis, and lesbian, gay, bisexual and intersexual groups.  It also examines issues relating to new technology and how international support engages in these issues.  The report offers concrete recommendations relating to strategies for inclusion of marginalized and minority groups in constitution making processes, substantive rights and other constitutional design issues, and ways the international community can support marginalized and minority group agendas.
