Report on Concept Paper and Preliminary Draft of Nepal Constitution - Fundamental Rights

This report of the Nepal Constituent Assembly's Committee for Fundamental Rights and Directive Principles proposes provisions to be incorporated into the new constitution and provides justification and interpretation for the proposals.
