Planning for a Successful Referendium (Zimbabwe)

This document briefly outlines the steps in planning for a successful constitutional referendum in Zimbabwe. Zimbabwe's constitutional referendum occurred in 2013. Leading up to the referendum, there was a Second Stakeholder Conference, which is discussed herein.
