Understanding and Responding to the Draft Constitution - Katiba Sasa! Campaign

This manual was prepared to help Kenyan citizens to read and understand the 2009 Harmonized Draft Constitution published by the Committee of Experts (CoE) and to formulate comments and suggestions. The manual is structured around the various sections of the draft constitution. Katiba Sasa is a civil society campaign which brought together hundreds of organizations ahead of the launch of the draft constitution.
