Human Rights, Diversity, and Social Justice Conference Report - Nepal

This is a report of a conference organized by UNDP's Constitution Advisory Support Unit, held in Nepal in April 2007. It considers issues of diversity and identity, the nature of human rights, federalism and restructuring as they pertain to rights, language and religion in Nepal, and social justice and affirmative action.
