Summary of Training Seminar for the Somali Transitional Federal Parliament (TFP)

This article describes a December 2009 seminar at which a representative selection of 54 members of the Somali Transitional Federal Parliament gathered to discuss the Draft Law on the preparation of the Draft Constitution. Explanation on the values and tasks of the Constitution making process in a conflict situation were given by international experts, including Yash Ghai.
