Draft Concept Note - Nepal Constitution Building Resource Centre

This is a proposal for a Nepali Constitution Building Support Centre, supported by the UNDP Nepal Constitution Building Project. It considers that the Centre would serve the people of Nepal as they make a new Constitution through a Constituent Assembly, and then continue as a resource, ultimately entirely staffed by Nepalis, for the implementation of that constitution, and for constitutional scholarship and activities into the future. It outlines rationale, objectives, structure, administration, and partnerships.
