Participatory Constitution Making Process

This guide to participatory constitution-making was designed to engage Constituent Assembly members as well as the public, outlining several issues the Constituent Assembly would have to consider in creating an inclusive process, including procedures for drafting the constitution, how citizens'' views will be brought into the constitution, finalization of the constitution, and recognition of the contribution of citizens.
