CKRC - Final Report of Technical Working Group J - Land Rights and the Environment

This is the final report of Technical Working Group J of the Constitution of Kenya Review Commission (CKRC), with respect to the sections of the 2005 draft constitution dealing with land, property, natural resources, environmental conservation/protection and related matters. This report describes the mandate of the Working Group and the technical recommendations made by the Working Group to the applicable provisions of the draft constitution.
