Options for Timing, Composition and Management of the Constitutional Review Commission

This paper presents options in regards to the establishment and management of the Constitutional Review Committee (CRC) on the basis of Article 142 of the Iraqi Constitution (2005). The paper offers suggestions on the timeline for establishment, composition, management, and infrastructural and technical support from the United Nations to the CRC.
