The Countdown of One Law for One Nation - Writing the Final Constitution 1994—1995

This is the third chapter of the book "One Law One Nation" on the making of South Africa’s 1996 constitution. This publication is an initiative of the "Constitution Hill Trust," to celebrate the 15th anniversary of the signing of the constitution, and make the history and practice of constitutionalism in South Africa available to its people. This chapter recounts the two-year process of writing the constitution.
