联合国有效调解指南

秘书长应联合国大会要求(A/RES/65/283)制定了《联合国有效调解指南》。指南确定了调解过程中应考虑的一些关键基本要素：准备工作；同意；公正性；包容性；国家自主权；国际法和规范框架；调解工作的连贯性、协调性与互补性；以及高质量的和平协议。
