Curriculum for Civic Education (2005) (Draft)

This manual is prepared by the CKRC for the the purpose of facilitating civic education for the 2005 constitutional referendum. The manual describes the proposed new constitution under the following sections: objectives the constitutive process management of national resources systems and structures of government and the management of constitutionality and transitional arrangements.
